Rubicon Models 1:56 (28mm): People's Army of Vietnam (NVA)

NVA formations and units were organized into three fire and maneuver subunits, alongside various supporting subunits. This system of "threes" was also carried down to the squad's internal organization. Each squad consists of 3 three-man cells. One cell would be armed with RPG-7 antitank weapon and another with light machine gun.

An NVA soldier traveled with light, practical and functional minimum gear. A 10-pocket waist belt was used with a pair of adjustable shoulder straps for SKS carbine magazines. A Chinesedesigned three-pocket chest pouch with a pair of adjustable shoulder straps and waist tie-tapes for Type-56 Assault Rifle magazines.
