The 75/13 was the main mountain gun used by the Alpini, the Italian Army’s elite specialists in mountain warfare, capable of being broken down into sever loads for ease of transport in treacherous terrain.
Howitzers are powerful weapons capable of firing High Explosive rounds either directly through sights, or indirectly, which, whilst sacrificing accuracy whilst ranging in, renders any cover obsolete. It is also capable of laying down a smoke screen for your advancing troops.
